Manoj is the CEO of Procambrian Private Limited, a climate and nature intelligence firm working at the intersection of climate, nature, finance, technology, and policy. He brings 20+ years of experience in climate finance, adaptation policy, and resilience programming across India, Europe, and Southeast Asia, having worked with GIZ, UNDP, EY, PwC, and Deloitte.
He previously served as Senior Advisor for Climate Change at GIZ, the German development agency, and earlier managed the microfinance portfolio at Ujjivan Bank, reaching over one million low-income women entrepreneurs. He has developed climate risk financing strategies in Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines, and serves on the United Nations ESCAP Task Force on Circular Economy.
Manoj is a doctoral researcher in climate finance at IIM Lucknow and holds an MBA in Rural Management from XIMB Bhubaneswar and a Master of Public Policy from the London School of Economics (LSE), where he studied as a Commonwealth Scholar.

A firm believer in ethical, transparent technology, he ensures Procambrian helps organizations navigate sustainability with complete accountability and trust. When he is not streamlining operations or scaling infrastructure, Harsh is out on his bicycle, staying grounded and reminded of why he works to protect the natural outdoors.
Working across nature, climate, sustainability, data, and technology, he conducts quantitative sustainability research, ESG evaluations, SEBI BRSR compliance analysis, and climate policy synthesis. With a strong background in Finance and Data Science, he also contributes to social media, content creation, and web design, helping make complex sustainability ideas simple, accessible, and impactful.

Backed by a dual foundation in Electronics and Computer Science, his technical command centers on end-to-end system architectures, cloud deployments, DevOps, and MLOps. He leads the productionization of advanced AI suites, engineering deterministic RAG pipelines, model distillations, and telemetry frameworks built for mission-critical environmental intelligence.
As a Software Development Engineer at Procambrian, Yash brings a strong background in AI and Data Science, combining software engineering with hands-on experience in Machine Learning, DBMS, RAG pipelines, and AI Agents. He focuses on building scalable, reliable, and intelligent applications, with interests spanning backend development, data-driven systems, API integration, automation, and AI-powered workflows. Yash enjoys turning complex technical problems into practical, user-focused solutions while continuously exploring better ways to improve performance and reliability. Outside work, he enjoys learning about emerging AI technologies and experimenting with new ideas.
